Grants Committee
The Grant Committee reviews projects, and assesses and selects in the Spring those that will be funded by the Women’s Board Grant Program in the following academic year.
The Women’s Board raises funds from its membership each year in its mission to serve the University of Chicago through active philanthropy. The Women’s Board Grant Fund supports diverse, critical projects across a number of priority areas including faculty research, student life, arts and culture, and community engagement. The membership of the Women’s Board Grant Committee changes each year, and the group is responsible for evaluating proposals from across the University and allocating funds to compelling projects that are integral to University life and would go unfunded without Women’s Board support.
The Spring 2026 Grants Committee will be led by Ritu Dhingra, Chair, and Anne Brody, Co-Chair.
